1. Order Cancellation

 

Customers can cancel their furniture order within 24 hours of placement without incurring penalties. Cancellations requested after processing or transit dispatch cannot be accommodated via standard cancellation metrics.

 

2. Returns and Structural Defects

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives structurally defective, damaged during our handling, or mismatched from your invoice specifications. Items must be unused and in their original packaging matrix.

 

3. Refund Processing Framework

 

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return stems from a verified warehouse error.
